Truuly, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI humanization service ("Service"). Please read this policy carefully. Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password, and payment information.
Content Data: We collect the text content you submit to our Service for processing ("User Content") and the transformed output we generate ("Output Content").

Important: We do not use your User Content or Output Content to train our AI models. Your content is processed solely to provide the Service to you and is deleted within 24 hours as described in Section 5.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Content Data: We implement a zero-retention policy for User Content and Output Content. All content is permanently deleted from our active servers within 24 hours after processing. Backup copies are retained for up to 30 days for disaster recovery purposes and are then permanently deleted.
Account Information: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you close your account, we will delete your account information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
Usage Data: We retain anonymized usage data for analytical purposes for up to 2 years.
