This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI humanization service ("Service"). Please read this policy carefully. 2.1 Information You Provide

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password, and payment information.

Content Data: We collect the text content you submit to our Service for processing ("User Content") and the transformed output we generate ("Output Content").

Communications: If you contact us directly, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Service, including access times, pages viewed, IP address, browser type, and operating system.

Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your text content using our AI humanization technology

Important: We do not use your User Content or Output Content to train our AI models. Your content is processed solely to provide the Service to you and is deleted within 24 hours as described in Section 5.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders or government agencies).

Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.

With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties when we have your explicit consent to do so.

Important: We never sell your personal information to third parties. We never share your User Content or Output Content with third parties except as required by law.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Content Data: We implement a zero-retention policy for User Content and Output Content. All content is permanently deleted from our active servers within 24 hours after processing. Backup copies are retained for up to 30 days for disaster recovery purposes and are then permanently deleted.

Account Information: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you close your account, we will delete your account information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Usage Data: We retain anonymized usage data for analytical purposes for up to 2 years.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.3
  • Encryption of data at rest using AES-256
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Multi-factor authentication for administrative access
  • Network segmentation and firewall protection
  • Continuous monitoring for suspicious activity

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  • Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@truuly.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. You can also access and update much of your information directly through your account settings.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
