Best Practices
✓ Choose the Right Format
Use DOCX for academic/business submissions, PDF for read-only sharing, TXT for quick transfers, MD for technical content.
✓ Review Before Exporting
Use the comparison view to verify changes before exporting. Ensure all content is accurate and complete.
✓ Use Descriptive Filenames
Name your exports descriptively rather than using default timestamps. "Essay_Final_Humanized.docx" is better than "humanized_2025-01-27.docx".
✗ Don't Include Metadata for Submissions
When submitting to institutions or clients, disable metadata export to avoid revealing that you used a humanization tool.
✗ Don't Share Sensitive Content via Public Links
For confidential content, use email delivery or direct download instead of share links. Always enable password protection if sharing links externally.
