Team Best Practices
✓ Use Clear Naming Conventions
Establish team-wide naming standards for projects and results. For example: "ClientName_ContentType_Date"
✓ Document Your Workflow
Create a shared document outlining your team's humanization process, approval workflow, and quality standards.
✓ Regular Team Check-ins
Review team analytics monthly to identify bottlenecks, optimize settings, and share learnings across the team.
✓ Use Tags for Organization
Tag results with status labels (Draft, Review, Approved) and content types for easy filtering and searching.
✗ Don't Over-Invite
Only invite team members who actively need access. Too many inactive members clutters the workspace and wastes seats.
✗ Don't Skip Onboarding
When adding new team members, provide quick training on your workflow and best practices. Don't assume they know how to use Truuly.
